On Friday Feb. 28th our school will observe February Pink Day. This is our International Stand Up to Bullying event that supports our classroom guidance outcomes about Bullying Awareness, and it is a fun way for us all to show that we work to make Parkwood Elementary a Bully Free Zone.  Please help your child remember to wear a 'touch of pink' this Friday - or hey, help your child go all out in a Pink Way, to celebrate Pink Day, International Stand Up to Bullying Day. We’ll be holding a Pink Wave during our end-of-month assembly on Friday the 28th as well. Can you picture how awesome that will look as a sea of pink does the ‘wave’ to show that students are willing to Take A Stand against Bullying?
